The companies Galitt and Cepheid Consulting have chosen the nominees among the candidates for the Innovative Payment OSCARS.

MEDISCS participated in two categories and is has received two nominations:



The OSCARS ceremony will take place this evening at 5.30.

Based in Montpellier, with over 20 staff, Mediscs is a specialized IT security publisher. It is currently present regionally but its aims are national and beyond.

Its CEO, Bernard Delbourg, explains : « We develop programs and systems intended for all types of mobile formats (cryptographic USB key, standard USB key, RFID, mobile) concerning strong authentication and 3D Secure payment.» The innovative payment OSCARS are organised by PUBLI-NEWS, professional banking reviews publisher. The partners associated with the 2009 event are MasterCard, Sopra Group and Galitt. Payforum, is the annual monetics event. It brings together banks, retailers and service providers.

Its « 4 in 1 » formula includes : institutional conferences (with MasterCard, Groupement CB and Mercatel), providers’ workshops, an exhibition area and the Innovative Payments Oscars Ceremony, to highlight the collaborative ventures of the service providers, banks and retailers.
