The TOOAL-KEY is a version of the standard USB key solution. (*). This key can be an existing trade key that the user already possesses, a key supplied to the user by the company commissioning it (personalisation possible), a USB key distributed by Mediscs, which is in the format of a business card comprising a chip with no programmable contact. The latter can be used, for example for access checks, thus adding another use to the device.
NB (*) : standard USB keys; these are the type of traders’ USB keys that are recognised by operating systems as a mass storage device.

The TOOAL-CARD has all the features of the TOOAL solution. The user’s portable physical format is a CD-RW in a business card-sized format, supplied by Mediscs. This format is RW (the self-writeable function of the TOOAL-CARD means updates are possible).
